We invite you to immerse yourself in the experience at The Mill House, located within the Maui Tropical Plantation. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jeff Scheer with an inventive approach to the produce he receives from the Plantation and other Maui farms. Chef Scheer sources whole, local steer, hog, and fish which he skillfully butchers in house. The creativity doesn’t stop at the kitchen. The Mill House Bar offers unique cocktails, hand-crafted, using herbs and fruit which is squeezed, muddled, and cut fresh.
